Complaints Process

At the previous meetings, a number of people asked for details on how the complaints process works with the council, and who to contact in the event they were not happy.  This came up again during the last two weekends when volunteers went door knocking to get feedback on the basic options that could be applied to our roads, to help bring back the 2015 traffic levels.
