The Association is known as Tunstall and Addiscombe Court Residents Association (TACRA for short).


  • The Association exists for the benefit of the residents in Tunstall & Addiscombe Court Road.
  • The Association exists to preserve and conserve the environment, community facilities and services for residents in Tunstall and Addiscombe Court Road as well as in the outlying areas that have an effect on our area.
  • The Association will collect and disseminate information relevant to residents and the Association’s aims.


Automatic membership is given to all persons living in Tunstall Road and Addiscombe Court Road, irrespective of age, race, gender, sexuality, disability, political or religious beliefs, or marital status.

The Association will not charge any subscription fees. Money raised by or on behalf of the Association may be used only to further the aims of the Association.


The Committee shall call an Annual General Meeting of the Association each year to discuss the activities of the group.

There will be a minimum of three Committee meetings per year at which at least three Committee Members must be present for any decisions to be made.


At the initial meeting which took place on 21st September 2016, it was agreed that the Committee shall consist of 3 officers, the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer plus other members to help with the running of the Association.

The Committee will have the option to propose additional members onto the committee, with the majority of committee approving between meetings, as needed.

All Committee roles are for one year, and will be re-elected at the following AGM.  Any current Committee member can stand for re-election at the next AGM.


The association is registered and recognised by the London Borough of Croydon
